Rained all day

I love this weather.  The garden comes alive.  I look out on my garden from the workshop.  It is very calming.

i have started the never ending cleaning that comes with potting.  I have washed the floor three times but it needs more.  I am catching up with the decals  I use them to sign my pots.  I think it puts an identity to the pot  This is helpful in identifying the work after it leaves the studio

The mistake glaze is such a success great gloss, a metaphor for how we gloss over things.  There are no pinholes, no crawling.  i soak at the end of firing for 45 minutes.  I am not skilled at glazing and I am a bit forgetful.  I accidently added a frit ingredient twice.  A very happy accident  If anyone is interested in the recipe contact me.
