I fire something every year for the Mater Hospital Ladies Auxillery in Newcastle. It is a donation. I do it in memory of Brigitte Warren a close friend.
This year I am making the house numbers in my store. I decided on these because they can be sold all year round , not just on the Christmas stall |
And here they are in colour. My clear glaze with some copper. No pinholes, no crawling and no running off. Just what I always wanted
This is the twin sister. She also cut all her hair off for leukemia research. I am proud of her too |

New ideas flow at a great rate. I have spent many years with a pram in a corridor. Now the ideas are released. I think about the environment, Indigenous casualties of nuclear testing and the bland taking over our lives
I don't work from drawings. I make a lot of molds. I put them on a table and move them around like a chess set. I reflect From this comes the works
